Local Driver Track — Home Daily

  • Daily home time, steady weekly pay. Local drivers earn $1,350 per week (about $67,500 annually) while running dedicated local routes that get you home daily.
  • Hourly pay with shift flexibility. Day shift earns $27/hour, while night shift pays $27.50/hour for drivers who prefer later schedules.
  • Simple, no-touch work. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight with a dedicated customer, keeping your days efficient and predictable.

Short Haul / Layout Track — Home Weekly

  • Higher weekly earnings with limited time out. Short haul drivers earn $1,470 per week (about $73,500 annually) on a dedicated account.
  • Short runs that get you home often. Get home most nights, including a scheduled weekly reset. No more than 3 layouts per week.
  • Consistent freight, modern equipment. Run 100% no-touch freight with quality tractors and trailers, with new equipment arriving regularly.

Dedicated CDL-A Truck Driver Overview

  • Strong hourly pay with layover compensation. Earn $35/hour plus $40 layover pay, giving you reliable weekly income with extra pay when you’re out overnight.
